Find areas of regeneration across the capital
Introduction
The Diocese of London has for the last 1400 years, and continues to be, active in the development of communities. Every community in London is part of a parish which receives both capital and revenue resource, with over £1 billion worth of resources being used annually for the benefit of the people of London. London is constantly changing with several of the country's largest projects taking place in the capital.
Over the past 14 months, a partnership between the Diocese of London and Groundwork has been working to map the major areas of regeneration across the capital. This has involved bringing together data created by national, regional and local bodies to create a map covering the whole capital. This is now being used to inform the Regeneration Strategy for the Diocese of London by adding Diocese of London data.
